I was excited to support a minority owned/black owned pancake mix company. Due to our family having a sensitivity to diary we normally go for vegan options when available. We LOVE pancakes in our household especially on Saturdays. Unfortunately per the instructions to just add water, the mix didn't yield a tasty batch. Pancakes were flat, and stretchy, with chewy consistency. However, the spices added to it are consistent with how we typically make our pancakes. With that said, adding an egg, oat milk and baking powder did the trick and the family enjoyed our breakfast with the Vegan Pancake Mix.
