½ cup Blanket Chocolate Chip or Honey Butter Pancake & Waffle Mix

¼ cup butter, melted

2 tablespoons sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

1½ tablespoons cocoa powder, sifted

¼ cup dark chocolate, roughly chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl stir together melted butter and sugar until combined.

Add eggs and vanilla extract and whisk until smooth.
