Sheet Pan Pancakes

Sheet Pan Pancakes

Tired of standing at the stove flipping pancakes one by one while everyone else eats? This is your solution. One bowl, one pan, one oven — and the whole family eats together. Top with whatever makes you happy and call it the easiest Saturday morning you've ever had.

Works with any Blanket Pancake & Waffle Mix flavor.

Makes about 12 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Blanket Pancake & Waffle Mix (any flavor)

  • 1½ cups milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Fresh berries, sliced bananas, or chocolate chips for topping

  • Maple syrup for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a half sheet pan (17x13 inch) generously with butter or cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl whisk together Blanket mix, milk, eggs, melted butter and vanilla until smooth. Don’t overmix — a few lumps are fine.

  3. Pour batter evenly onto the prepared sheet pan.

  4. Scatter your toppings across the top — berries, banana slices, chocolate chips, or all three.

  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the edges are golden and the center is set.

  6. Remove from oven and let cool for 2–3 minutes.

  7. Use a pizza cutter to slice into squares and serve warm with maple syrup.

Best served warm with people you love — and no dishes worth complaining about.
