Works with any Blanket Pancake & Waffle Mix flavor.
Makes about 12 servings
Ingredients
-
2 cups Blanket Pancake & Waffle Mix (any flavor)
-
1½ cups milk
-
2 eggs
-
2 tablespoons melted butter
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-
Fresh berries, sliced bananas, or chocolate chips for topping
-
Maple syrup for serving
Directions
-
Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a half sheet pan (17x13 inch) generously with butter or cooking spray.
-
In a large bowl whisk together Blanket mix, milk, eggs, melted butter and vanilla until smooth. Don’t overmix — a few lumps are fine.
-
Pour batter evenly onto the prepared sheet pan.
-
Scatter your toppings across the top — berries, banana slices, chocolate chips, or all three.
-
Bake for 12–15 minutes until the edges are golden and the center is set.
-
Remove from oven and let cool for 2–3 minutes.
-
Use a pizza cutter to slice into squares and serve warm with maple syrup.
Best served warm with people you love — and no dishes worth complaining about.
